HOW TO USE
1. Use Texture Lift on clean skin/brows. Make sure there is no foundation on the browhairs.
2. If you like to use pencil or pomade you can add that before applying Texture Lift.
3. Gently brush the eyebrow hairs, using the full applicator wand, adding only a small amount of Texture Lift through the eyebrows.
4. Enhance your desired dimension by layering with a 1-minute air dry time between applications.
