Refund policy
At Blend, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
Cancellation
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact Customer Services to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
Please note that when you place an online order as a guest user (without signing in or creating an account) you will not be able to cancel your purchase online.
Return
Our return policy differs by country. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if we notice an unusual and/or suspicious number of returns of products.
- UAE
You have the right to return your purchase with 14 days. The products you purchased online can be exchanged or returned at Blend or any Blend partnered salon or academy in UAE.Please make sure to bring your invoice (received by email or available to download from your online account).
- Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman:
You have the right to return your purchase with 14 days. To return a product delivered to Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain please contact our Customer Service who will arrange a complimentary return by post.
- European Union
You have the right to return your purchase with 14 days. To return a product delivered to any European Union country please contact our Customer Service who will arrange an uncomplimentary return by post. In salons or academy returns will be accepted if there is a local distributor or Blend partner in the country.
- Outside of European Union
To return a product delivered to outisde of European Union please contact our Customer Service who will arrange an uncomplimentary return by post. In salons or academy returns will be accepted if there is a local distributor or Blend partner in the country.

All products must be returned to us, unused and with all Blend tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within the timelines stipulated above.
We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Original shipping and handling costs, including COD fees, are non-refundable unless the items are defective or damaged.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.
For all claims regarding the refund of the paid amounts, just call or write our Customer Service.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All PMU pigments, Brushes and gells are not subject to returns for purchases by B2B / Commercial / Professional customers.
Exchange
You can exchange your product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt by you for products not on sale and not an items that cannot be returned as abovementioned and only if it concerns a personal buy. All products must be returned to us, unused and with all Blend tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), You may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s):
- of the same value; or
- of a lower value, in which case any excess will be refunded to you; or
- of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
