Shipping policy

Blend delivers worldwide. The delivery methods, costs are indicated on the website during checkout. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible. 

When ordered in a country Blend. has representation the goods will be delivered within 3 working day. Other countries delivery timeline depends on the thrid party logistics services and will be communicated accordingly with the second e-mail to you.

EU and US orders are shipped from our headquarters in Belgium. ASIA, APAC MENA orders are shipped from U.A.E. Shipping delivery timeline and import duties apply. 

Home and business delivery:

Get your order delivered to your home or business address by choosing Standard or Same Day (where available) delivery at checkout. 

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 (three) times. Delivery address and phone number must be complete and accurate to attempt delivery. Orders may not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Should these delivery attempts not be successful, your order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. If prepaid, cancelled orders will be refunded automatically once returned to our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days from this date for the refunded amount (minus administration and shipping costs) to show on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers. Blend will charge the additional administration & shipping cost to the buyer. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a delivery method that allows you to order and pay online, then collect your product(s) at selected acamies, salons or HQ. 

This delivery method is free for all orders regardless of order value. Click & Collect preparation timelines are subject to opening hours.

Please note that some salons, academies and HQ may restrict Click & Collect timings or disable altogether during holiday seasons. 

Customers can send someone else to pick up their order on their behalf. The person should also present the order number.

If the order is not picked up after 5 days, it will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to show on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers.

Cash on delivery is not eligible for this delivery method.

Please note that if you choose the “CONTINUE AS GUEST” option at checkout your purchase will not be eligible for Click & Collect. 

The following applies to all type of deliveries: missing, wrong or damaged item(s) should be reported by the customer as soon as possible to the Customer Service, within seven (7) days after the delivery date.
