HOW TO USE
1. Use Texture Tint on clean skin/brows. Make sure there is no foundation on the brow hairs.
2. If you like to use pencil or pomade you can add that before applying Texture Tint, or after using Texture Lift.
3. Gently brush the eyebrow hairs, using the full applicator wand, adding only a small amount of Texture Tint throughout the eyebrows.
4. Enhance your desired dimension by layering with a 1=minute air dry time between applications.
